Writing your services page

Fill in the profile leagues read before they send you an offer.

Overview

Your services page is your profile for hire. It says what you do at a game, what you've done before, where you'll travel and what you charge. Leagues read it before they book you. Each booking still sets its own fee and games, so the page is where a league starts, not what it has to pay.

You can open Services once StatsCentral has verified at least one of your roles. Until then, the page shows your role applications and what happens next. See Applying for a role.

About you

  • Profile photo (optional): a clear headshot as a PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 5 MB. It appears on your public page and your League OS marketplace card. Uploading another photo replaces the current one. Without a photo, leagues see your initials.
  • Public display name: the name leagues see. Use the one people know you by on game day.

What you offer

  • Services and deliverables: what you do at a game and what the league gets afterwards. For example: Live play-by-play stats for basketball games. Box score emailed within 30 minutes of the final buzzer.
  • Experience: the leagues, levels and certifications that show you know the job.
  • Sports: you can't edit these here. They come from your verified role applications: when StatsCentral approves an application, its sports are added to your page.

Leagues use the first lines of your services text to compare officials, so put the most important part first.

Where you work

Service area is the cities or provinces you'll travel to, for example Metro Manila and Rizal. Leagues can search the marketplace by service area, so use the place names they'd type.

Your weekly hours and days off live on Availability. See Setting your weekly hours.

Save and check

  1. Click Save services.
  2. Check the Ready to publish panel on the right. Every item needs to read Done before you can publish.
  3. Click Preview public page to see your page as visitors will.

When the checklist is complete, publish your profile.
