Setting your weekly hours
Tell leagues which days and hours you usually work, and in which time zone.
Overview
Your weekly hours tell leagues when to ask. They appear on your public page and your League OS profile under Usually available, before a league sends an offer. They don't block offers: a league can still offer you a game outside these hours, and you decide whether to take it.
Set your week
- Go to Availability.
- Under Your weekly hours, tick Available for each day you usually work.
- Set From and To for each ticked day. New days start at 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Times move in 15-minute steps.
- Choose your Time zone.
- Click Save weekly hours.
Unticking a day and saving removes it. Each day has one span of hours. A To of 12:00 am means midnight at the end of the day.
Time zone
Your weekly hours are read in the Time zone you choose. The first time you open the page, it's set from your browser, and the hint says so. Pick the zone you work in. If you travel for a tournament, your hours stay on this zone until you change it.
Leagues see your hours on your clock, labelled with the zone, for example Manila time (GMT+08:00). They don't convert to the league's own zone.
The note under your hours
Anything else leagues should know is optional, and shows under your weekly hours. Use it for patterns a weekly grid can't express, such as Not during school exam weeks.
A published profile needs weekly hours or this note. If you're published and try to clear both, saving fails with a message that one of them is needed.
What leagues see
Days in a row with the same hours are grouped into one line, for example Mon–Fri with 6–10 pm, followed by your note. Your next few days off appear underneath. See Adding days off.
Check how it reads with Preview public page on Services.
