Adding days off

Block the dates you can't work so leagues know before they send an offer.

Overview

Days off tell leagues the dates you're away: a trip, exams, another tournament. Leagues see them on your public page and your League OS profile. A day off is a notice, not a cancellation: bookings you've already accepted on those dates still stand.

Add days off

  1. Go to Availability.
  2. Under Add days off, enter the First day and the Last day. For a single day, enter the same date twice.
  3. Add a Note if it helps (optional), for example Family trip. Leagues see the note too.
  4. Click Add days off.

The dates appear under Days off. The list shows only days off that haven't ended yet. Past ones drop off on their own.

Remove days off

  1. Under Days off, click Remove next to the dates.
  2. Confirm with Remove.

Leagues see you as available on those dates again.

What leagues see

Your public page shows your next three days off. While you're on one, it also shows Away until and the last day.

Days off and offers

Days off don't stop a league sending an offer for a game on those dates. If one arrives, decline it, or propose changes that leave that game out. See Declining or cancelling.

If you've already accepted a booking on a date you now can't make, adding a day off won't release you. Cancel the booking or propose changes from Bookings, so the league can find someone else in time.
