Notifications and emails
The emails and bell notifications you get about your roles and bookings, and where to see what's waiting on you.
Overview
StatsCentral tells you about your role applications by email. Booking updates come by email and to the notification bell in the portal's header. Your dashboard's Needs your attention list shows what's waiting on you.
Emails about your roles
You get an email whenever StatsCentral decides on one of your role applications:
| Email subject | What it means |
|---|---|
| You're verified as a referee | The role is approved and shows as verified on your profile. For game official roles, leagues can now book you and assign you to games in League OS. |
| Your referee application needs a change | StatsCentral needs something more. The email says what, and links to the application so you can update it. |
| Your referee application wasn't approved | The role has come off your profile. The email gives the reason. |
There's no email when you send or withdraw an application yourself. See After you apply for what each status means.
Booking updates
Every change to a booking tells the other side, by email and in their notification bell. When a league acts, you hear about it; when you act, the league's admins do. The email subject and the notification say the same thing, for example:
| When the league… | You see |
|---|---|
| sends you an offer | CESAFI sent you an offer |
| sends back a revised offer, or changes to a booking | CESAFI sent back a revised offer or CESAFI proposed changes to your booking |
| accepts a version you sent | CESAFI accepted your revised offer or CESAFI accepted the changes to your booking |
| withdraws an offer or cancels a booking | CESAFI withdrew the offer or CESAFI cancelled your booking |
| turns down changes you sent | CESAFI declined your changes |
| moves a game or changes its venue after you agreed | Esports Game 1 changed after you agreed. Review your booking with CESAFI |
| confirms your work, or reports a problem with it | CESAFI confirmed your work for Esports Game 1 or CESAFI reported a problem with your work for Esports Game 1 |
| records that it has paid you | CESAFI recorded a payment of PHP 4,300.00 |
Each email and each notification links to the booking. Open it to see the current terms and what, if anything, you need to do.
A payment report is the league saying it paid you. It isn't proof the money arrived. Check your account, then confirm it in the booking. See Getting paid.
What's waiting on you
Your dashboard's Needs your attention panel lists every task that's yours: confirming your email, updating an application, publishing your profile, reviewing an offer, submitting your work, and confirming a payment. Each one links to the page where you do it.
Check that panel after any booking email: it's the quickest way to see whether the change needs anything from you.
Edge cases
- You're not getting emails — check your spam folder, and that the email on your account is one you read. Booking emails go only to that address.
- The bell in the header — select it to see your booking updates, newest first. Select one to open the booking, or Mark as read to clear it. Role decisions come by email only.
