Getting paid

Overview

No payment goes through StatsCentral. The league pays you directly, the way your booking's How you're paid says, by the Paid by date. Then the league records the payment on the booking, and you confirm that it arrived. That way you both have the same record.

Check a payment

The Payment box on each booking shows where things stand:

When the league records a payment, you're emailed, Bookings shows Confirm payment, and the Payment box shows the Amount, Method, Reference and the date it was Paid on.

Confirm it arrived

1. Check your GCash, bank account or wherever you're paid that the money is there and matches the amount.
2. Open the booking and select Confirm it arrived.

The tag changes to Paid, and the league is emailed.

Only confirm once the money is actually there. The league's record says it paid; your confirmation says you received it. If it hasn't arrived, don't confirm. Contact the league, and give them the reference shown.

If the page says the payment report changed, the league has corrected it since you opened the page. Reload and check the new details before you confirm.

Propose a different total

Sometimes what you're owed changes after the work: a game was cut short, a cancellation fee applies, or the league cancelled after you'd worked some games. Once a booking is done or cancelled, either side can propose a new total.

1. Open the booking.
2. Under Propose a different total, enter the New total.
3. Under Why it changed, explain the difference.
4. Select Propose new total.

The new total only applies once the league accepts it. The games stay as they were. If the league had already recorded a payment for the old total, the payment record is cleared, and the league records the new amount.

When the league proposes a new total, the booking shows a Settlement proposed tag. Accept it, or decline it to keep the agreed total. See Declining or cancelling.
