Season officials roster

Overview

Each season has an officials roster. Only officials on the roster can be assigned to that season's games. There are two ways onto it: hire someone through the marketplace, or add an official you already work with.

Find it by opening the season, going to Settings and choosing the Officials tab.

Officials you hire

When an official accepts a booking from the marketplace, they join the season's roster and are assigned to each booked game in the role you hired them for. You don't need to add them yourself.

Add an official yourself

1. In Season officials, select Add official.
2. Search by name or email and choose the official.

The official needs a StatsCentral official account. If they don't have one, invite them first: see Inviting game officials.

Remove an official

Select Remove next to the official and confirm. They can't be assigned to new games in the season, but:

• Existing game assignments stay. Remove those from each game if you need to.
• A hiring agreement stays active. To release work they're booked for, cancel the booking: see Withdrawing an offer or cancelling a booking.

Next step

To fill a game, select Officials on it in the season's Schedule and assign someone from the roster, or select Browse marketplace to hire someone for that game.
