Reviewing completed work

Overview

After each booked game, the official submits their work: what they delivered and where to find it. You then confirm the game is done or report a problem. When every game on a booking is done or cancelled, the booking moves to Done.

Review a submission

1. Open the booking from Hiring agreements.
2. Under Games, a game the official has submitted shows Work submitted, with Review name's work for this game open below it.
3. Read what they delivered, then:
   • Confirm it's done — the game is marked completed. A note is optional.
   • Report a problem — write in Note to name what needs fixing. A note is required. The game shows Problem reported, and the official corrects it and submits again.

When you can't review yet

• A revision is waiting. Settle the changes first: see Responding to an official's changes.
• A game changed after booking. A game flagged for reconfirmation can't be completed until the revised agreement is accepted.
